ABOUT

Hello there! My name is Amy. I have lived in the Roaring Fork Valley for the last 11 years and now call Carbondale, CO my home, with my husband, daughter and son. 

My passion for helping others in their body's quest for healing began at a young age when I interned in high school with an athletic trainer. I continued my education at Endicott College in the same major, and in 2006, I became a personal trainer at a family-owned gym in Massachusetts. 

After many years of personal training and working a variety of part-time jobs while traveling and living in Massachusetts, South America, Oregon and Alaska, I landed back in Colorado. 

In 2016 I graduated from the Aspen Massage Institute and started my own business as a Licensed Massage Therapist. 

In 2019 I gave birth to my daughter and after breastfeeding for over a year, I became an advocate for breastfeeding and wished to help other mother-baby dyads to gain the most out of their breastfeeding journey. In 2021, I gave birth to my son and learned even more and pursued my education in Lactation Counseling. In August of 2022, I became a Certified Lactation Counselor and have recently started a support group at the Glenwood Springs Community Center. 

On weekends, I provide massages for individuals enrolled in a local addiction and treatment center.

Helping others to feel their best through bodywork and Mother's to experience the bond and superior health benefits of breastfeeding is a truly rewarding experience for me.
